Supporting Beams

• Our surveyor will inspect failed beams or visit sites where new openings or beams need to be installed.
  Discuss with local or appointed structural engineers to ascertain if new structural calculations are required.
  Submit either a written or electrical report, specification and quotation

Structural Repairs

• Masonry re-inforcement - as an approved 'Thor Helical' installer we can advise and install stainless steel tie wires, fixing with necessary grouts re-inforcing masonry beams, brick crack and mortar bed stitching.

Concrete Repairs

• Approved by Sikka and other major materials suppliers.
• In-house sand blasting.
• After cutting out defective re-inforced concrete and steel bar, we are able to sand blast and weld new re-inforced bar in-house before building up the concrete with approved materials

Structural Stabilizing

• In addition to conventional underpinning we are approved installers and stockists of shine piles and shine stabilisers.
• With the high slip powder coated piles we can eliminate the need to dig and re-concrete light loaded structures and subsided structures.
• Building Control, Structural Engineers, Surveyors, Building Insurers and loss adjusters approved.
• Ideal for restricted access light load (single storey) structure foundations.
